Shipping & Returns

If you are unhappy with your item, please let us know. Our Returens Policy give you 15 Days to return or exchange an item bought online. Please note Most of our Items are custom made will not have the exact item you purchase. If 15 days have gone by since you purchase, we cannot offer youa refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a retund or exchange, goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition. that means your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. the item must be in the good codition.

Refunds (If applicable)  

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 calendar days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company. it may take some time bfore your refund is officially posted please contact us if you have any issues with receiving your refund.
